We recommend you to go through the Terms and conditions of Nepal Tour guide Team before you book any of our trip packages as you are bounded by our rules and regulations once you make the deal. Also if you have any queries regarding our terms condition please feel free to contact us.

Definition

Nepal tour guide team defines the Nepal tour guide team along with its members and staff and is referred here as We and us.

All the clients and visitors are addressed as you and your.

Booking

We require 35% of the total trip cost to be paid at the time of booking the package. The remaining amount has to be paid upon arrival. Cash payments is mostly preferred for the payment of remaining amount. We accept VISA or Master debit/credit card too but you will be charged extra 5% for the bank processing fee.

100% of the trip cost is to be paid in case of the Bhutan trip, India trip and Tibet trip.

We need a copy of your passport and a scanned copy of your photo for booking flight, hotel rooms, applying for trekking permits or other required processing.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges will be as follows:

  1. Before 30 days of the starting date of the trip. (Refundable in full)
  2. 16-29 days prior to the starting date of the trip. (60% of the deposited amount refundable)
  3. 10-15 days prior to the starting date of the trip. (40% of the deposited amount refundable)
  4. 0-10 days prior to the starting date of the trip. (Non Refundable)

These rates will not apply for the cancellations of Bhutan and Tibet tour. Please contact if you need more information.

You could also extend your trip avoiding cancellation till one year. For that you have to inform us at least 15 days prior to the starting date of the trip and you should be willing to pay the increased amount if the cost of trip gets increased.

Trip cancels by the Company

If We cancel your trip, your deposit amount will be refunded in full.

If the trip is cancelled due to any unpredictable circumstances which is beyond our control, the reasonable expenses we already paid for the process of the trip will be deducted from your deposited amount.

Passport &Nepal visas

All client must have a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from return date. Nepalese visa can be obtained from the Nepalese Embassies or Consulate in your country or on arrival at Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visa cost is the personal responsibility of the clients. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding Visa.

Insurance

We are responsible for the insurance of our staffs only. Personal insurance of the clients is their own responsibility so you have to submit us your insurance policy documents after you book the trip with us.
